How does it work?
Experience seamless access to your calendar, appointments, and confirmation emails in your preferred user time zone, ensuring a smoother and more effective user experience regardless of location diversity.
Picture this scenario: Your business operates in New York, USA (Eastern Standard Time - EST). User A resides in Paris, France (Central European Time - CET), while User B is based in California, USA (Pacific Standard Time - PST).
By setting the default user time zone to CET for User A and PST for User B, each individual can effortlessly view appointments in their respective local time zones. This eliminates the hassle of manual conversions, enabling users to effortlessly manage appointments in their time zone.
Note: Now, in both the Calendar View and Appointment List, you can recognize the current time zone being displayed. This feature enhances the Calendar View experience, ensuring seamless scheduling across different time zones.

Setting Your Time zone
To set your time zone:
-
Navigate to Settings > My Profile.
-
Scroll to User Availability and set your time zone.
Ensuring Accurate Availability:
If Your User Time zone is Set to Your Actual Location:
-
Simply input your usual availability, e.g., 9 am to 5 pm.
If Your User Timezone is Set to a Different Location (for Viewing Appointments):
-
Manually adjust your availability to match the selected timezone. For example, if your current location is in the UK (GMT +00:00), but you want to operate in New York (GMT -05:00), ensure to adjust your availability accordingly to align with the New York timezone.
Note: These changes are applicable only in the Calendar Module: Calendar View, Appointment List, Confirmation Emails.
