You must contact Twilio support to register your toll-free number if you use your own Twilio account for the sub-account.
Navigate to the Location/subaccount where you wish to acquire a Toll-Free number.
Select the "Settings" option located at the bottom left corner.
Navigate to the "Phone Numbers" section and click on it.
Select the option to "Add Number."
Open the dropdown menu for selecting the country.
Enter the three-digit area code for the toll-free number you are looking for. Toll-free numbers typically begin with one of the codes: 800, 888, 877, 866, 855, 844, or 833. Please contact our support team for assistance if the desired area code is unavailable.
Choose one of your preferred phone numbers and click on the "Save" button to finalize your selection.
