Kindly verify the following:
- Confirm that the email/sms content does not have any missing closing curly brackets } or excessive use of triple curly braces {{{
- Ensure that the custom values provided are valid.
In particular, pay attention to the links that provide a comprehensive list of acceptable custom values.
- Validate the email addresses to ensure they are in the correct format. For example, check if an email address like "test@gmail, com" mistakenly uses a comma instead of a dot.
- Check that the From field is correctly formatted as an email address. For instance, if it currently displays ABC company, update it to the corresponding email address format, such as info@abccompany.com.
