Followers available in Filters, Columns and Export in both Contacts and Opportunities

Contact Followers

Smartlist Filter

"Follower" is a new field added to the contact filters and now smartlists can be created using this new Filter option for Contact Followers

Columns and Export

Select the "Follower" field in the Columns Dropdown:

1. To view the Followers in the Contact List view
2. Export the Followers while exporting the Contacts.

NOTE: Followers are exported as comma separated User Names in a single column

Opportunities Followers

Filter

"Follower" is a new field added to the opportunity filters and now opportunities can be filtered on the opportunity Followers

Export

Follower column is added by default when exporting Opportunities
