About:
This update brings new capabilities allowing e-commerce store owners to set custom delivery charges according to different factors like shipping zones, states/provinces, and product weights. This guide is designed to assist store owners in effectively configuring and managing these shipping and delivery rates.
Setting up shipping zones:
Shipping zones enable store owners to designate particular regions with tailored delivery fees. They can set specific delivery charges for chosen states or provinces within a country.
Steps to Create a Shipping Zone:
- Navigate to Sub-Account > Payments > Settings > Shipping & Delivery.
- Click on Add Zone.
- Select the desired countries to include in the zone. Select specific states/provinces within a country that are required in the created zone.
- Click on Add Rate to define manual rates for the zone. Here, users can define shipping rates and also add a conditional pricing.

Store owners have the option to set delivery rates based on either the total cart value or the weight of the products. This flexibility enables them to implement varied pricing for shipping and delivery.
Example Setup based on product weight range:
- Free Shipping: If the order weight is in the 0-10 kg range.
- Standard Shipping: Charge $10 if the order weight is below 10 kg.
Example Setup based on total order amount:
- Free Shipping: If the order amount is above $500.
- Standard Shipping: Charge $10 if the order amount is below $500.
Steps:
- Go to Sub-Account > Payments > Settings > Shipping & Delivery > Add Rate > Select conditional pricing.
- Select either of the conditional pricing parameters: By order price, By item weight.
- Define the Minimum and Maximum (maximum is optional) for Price/ weight.
- Click on Add to apply.
